Saliamo in cima alla torre quadrangolare del Civico Museo Archeologico, che rappresenta la parte meglio conservata del circo di Mediolanum, costruito tra la fine del III e gli inizi del IV secolo d.C. per volontà dell'imperatore Massimiano Erculeo, in stretta relazione con la vicina residenza imperiale. Sarà un'occasione esclusiva per visitare l'interno di questa struttura, normalmente non inclusa nel percorso di visita e accessibile solo con accompagnamento di una guida abilitata per l'accesso alla torre.

We go up the square tower which is in the Civic Archaeological Museum, the best preserved part of the Roman Circus, built between the end of the 3rd and the beginning of the 4th century AC by the emperor Massimiano Erculeo, very closed to the Imperial Palace. It will be an exclusive opportunity to visit this building, normally not included in the Museum tour and accessible only with guided tour.

Il percorso presenta 110 gradini di larghezza limitata pertanto l’accesso alla torre è sconsigliato alle persone con problemi cardiaci, difficoltà motorie e ai bambini di età inferiore ai 10 anni.

Due to the high number of stairs and to the narrow spaces the tour of the tower is not recommended for people with heart issues, low mobility subjects and children under 10.
